How do we process information related to the operation of UBS Polybahn?

All personal data related to the transport services provided by UBS Polybahn AG, such as ticket purchases, subscriptions, and related services/products, are subject to the privacy policy of the Zurich Public Transport Authority (VBZ). The VBZ is the public transport authority of Zurich and operates these services on behalf of UBS Polybahn AG. How do we process information related to YouTube videos?

We have integrated components of YouTube into the UBS Polybahn AG website. YouTube allows the publication of all kinds of videos, so that complete movies and TV shows, as well as music videos, trailers, and user-generated videos can be accessed via the internet portal.

YouTube, LLC in the USA is a subsidiary of Google Inc. in the USA. When you access a site of the UBS Polybahn AG website on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, this YouTube component automatically causes your browser to download a version of this YouTube component from YouTube. In the course of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google are informed about which specific sub-site of the UBS Polybahn AG website you have visited. YouTube and Google receive information from the YouTube component that you have visited the UBS Polybahn AG website, if you are logged in to YouTube at the time of calling up the website; this occurs regardless of whether you click on a YouTube video or not. How do we process information related to Google Maps?

We use Google Maps to display maps. The integration requires that Google can perceive the IP address of the users. The IP address is necessary to send the content to the user’s browser.
